Over the last 4 years we've bought 3 now in total. They work great for a while but then the water tank cover or the steam spray trigger stops working. The back end support from the distributor is not good and Takealot is aware. On our recent purchase we got a opemed refurbished unit Back, sold as a New unit. It was returned a week ago. We now have to wait till theres stock again or probably a "new" refurbished rma return as the Eta now says we have to wait another 2 wks for delivery with no stock listed on the unit at takealot (again) I suspect they dont bring them in anymore as theres hatdly been stock on hand for the last 3 months. Although i love this iron and it works brilliantly for a while the backup and support and quality controls are clearly a huge problem with this brand. The last unit received was an open damaged box that clearly had been used before or returned... I hope n pray this gets resolved amd we actually get a new product soon.

I have tried so many irons and I currently have about 6 different brands and this one takes NUMBER 1. I have used it before but that one didn’t seem to last long so I am trying it again and see exactly how long it will last this time. In terms of ironing, it’s really the BOSS in this ironing game! It’s so quick and I don’t spend a lot of time trying to get rid of creases, it’s really a breeze to iron! Try it, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Very good iron, I am very happy with it, doesn’t burn clothes and removes creases perfectly well, I love it, I definitely recommend it, you will not make a mistake buying it!

Couldn't get it exchanged only refunded on the old price even though it was still under warranty. A great product while it lasted and I would've really wanted it to be replaced. No good to purchase something on discount/special and then you can't get it replaced while still under warranty because the special expired.

The iron is worth the price. It has great none stick properties, is very efficient on those 100% cotton garments which are usually difficult to iron and has a large tank for water. The iron can also switch itself off in case you forgot to switch off after finishing to use it. I now love ironing and spend less time doing it because I don't have to iron the same item over and over before it is perfectly ironed. If you like perfectly ironed clothes, this definitely the go to product.
