Very comfortable and supporting. Tried two other packs and had to go back to this one for the comfort. It is worth the extra pound or two.

Had some great help with fitting at the Columbia, Md. store. Took it for an 8+-mile test hike/walk, weighted, still felt good and I'm looking forward to loading it up for a 5-day trip

This bag has lots of options for storing things so everything isn't just dropped in to the large area.

I got this recently and just used it for the first backcountry hike. The suspension system is great. It almost felt like the backpack was holding up itself. And mine was close to 40lb when packed. It also has convenient outside pockets to easily organize your stuff and access what you need during the day.

I bought this last year and am still very happy with my purchase. It has all the room I need even when I carry a bear canister. It sits nicely on my hips so I have no sore back at the end of the day. I couldn’t ask for a better pack.
