A charming little synth with a great, growly sound and its own slightly eccentric way of doing things. The gruff filters and my inability to get the two oscillators 100% in tune with one another gives all my patches a rich, fuzzy quality that I never stumble across in software plugins.

Jose did a great job getting this out the door when I ordered it on a Thursday and I actually received it on Saturday which was a nice surprise. First off, the quality appears to be really good. I am not musically inclined with instruments in general. However, I paired this up with a Korg SQ-1 sequencer and was able to make some killer metal bass tracks by ear just by adjusting all the knobs on the Mini and then the notes on the sequencer. Then you just add in some knob twisting to change it up in time and you get extended tracks. Hours of enjoyment. Lots of knob twisting (hundreds and hundreds) during a track creation and no signs of cheapness or wobble that I have found. I have also recreated from the keyboard just by ear about every cool sound you would ever remember from any old sci-fi or horror movie. This thing is awesome for the price point. Great rainy day enjoyment.

Dit was mijn eerste hardware Synth die ik heb aangeschaft. Met deze (in combinatie met de SQ-1 step sequencer) ging er een nieuwe wereld voor mij open. Door het gebruik van de knoppen en de mogelijkheid tot het patchen werd ik gedwongen om anders te gaan denken. Sindsdien ben ik de muziek ook beter (en makkelijker!) gaan begrijpen. Het was even wennen, maar binnen no-time heb je de meest unieke geluiden hiermee. Nog steeds heb ik uren speel plezier en het eeuwige knoppen gedraai. Top aankoop geweest. 5/5!
