This is a nice device overall with a lot of rough edges. There is light leaking around the edges first of all. The pen and the response time is ok overall. The pen precision and the sensitvitiy is generally good. This device has INSANELY LOUD FANS, and I am not a fan of this. WACOM please release a driver with better fan controls. This thing is louder than my desktop which has a powerful GPU and a CPU..

I cannot recommend this. it will not stay connected with the brand new cord. I am too late to refund this and trying a different cord for connecting does not work. very disappointed. It needs a computer to work as it is only a controller for the computer. spending 2,000 on something makes it seem like it would work without the use of a computer, but it doesn't.

Loving almost everything about the Cintiq Pro24 Really made my work easier to do over the older models - more pressure sensitive, larger size, amazing programmable on screen keys that disappear with a single click, smooth but not glassy surface feeling. My only critique is that I work with my neck in mind, meaning I don't tilt the tablet down on the table and break my neck all day to draw, I stand it up like an easel. The floating keypad really could have used some better planning, it's got a very low magnetism to the surface of the cintiq, but slides right off. I have used electrical tape to permanently tape it to the cintiq. Also have to turn it back on after every time the computer goes to sleep. Not a deal breaker, but clunky compared to the sleekness of the rest of the design.

I started my digital art journey in 2001 with a Wacom Bamboo tablet, moved up to an Intuos, and then skipped on to the Microsoft Surface Pro 1,2, and 3, went to iPad Pro with Pencil; none of them come close to this experience. It is big. I got the Wacom Ergo Stand and it is a perfect setup for me. The feel of the drawing surface is like a lightly toothed paper. Rebelle 4, ClipStudio, and Photoshop all look fantastic in 4K. I am a traditional painter who uses digital primarily for preliminary work and this does not disappoint. The large format allows for nice big gestures. There is a steep learning curve with the customization of oreferences for each app, but plenty of youtubers to guide me through. Hopefully this will last for many, many years.

Bought the Cintiq Pro 24 less than three weeks ago. It stopped working after two weeks of normal, even light, use; completely died. Contacted Wacom support. They suggested things like connecting it to a different computer. Still dead. They said it isn't covered under warranty because it must have been an electrical accident and the electricity company should cover it under their insurance! This is a $2000 tablet for professional artists. It should work, and they should stand by their product and replace one that is so clearly defective, imho. DO NOT BUY.
