I bought a LG 55-inch Evo G3 TV. Upon arrival and mounting, I found the power supply was faulty, and could not be fixed remotely by LG's online/telephone support. LG Support started a ticket to fix the TV under warranty. LG Support asked for some documentation and, later, asked for a photograph of the TV and remote. Both requests were complied. A day before my wife and I were leaving on a road trip, LG Support withdrew the offer to fix the TV. I returned the defective TV via UPS ground at a cost of $379.77. I asked LG support to reimburse me for the shipping cost. They declined. They declined to put in touch with a supervisor for me to appeal the decision. This refusal to honor the warranty is unfortunate and, for this loyal LG customer, is very disappointing. LG makes an excellent TV.

Subject says it all. Amazon won't replace since it fell outside their return window (30 days). The seller (Beach Camera) won't replace because "Amazon does the fulfillment" (even though the inventory belongs to Beach) ...so on to the Asurion "insurance" plan, which tells me I'm still within LG's warranty period and to contact LG. I call LG - who sends out a technician. He disassembles my TV in the living room, identifies the problem as a defective screen/monitor, but no worries, he can fix...after they order a replacement which will only take 15 days. So, I'm sitting on a $2,000 lemon waiting. This TV is garbage, so steer clear. Once fixed (if ever), I'll dump it used, take a loss, and switch to Samsung (from Best Buy).

It’s a beautiful screen and I went through a few different ones to see which I liked best. This one hands down. I have moderate use of the screen for gaming. An image about 3/4 the size of your phone in a circle is now burned in. Sad days. It may have happened with other OLEDs but, buying new models means you get to test out the burn time.

The G3 is such an unbelievable TV that sometimes I sit and watch those 4k HDR landscape videos on it and just stare in amazement.

I have had this TV since November and all I can say is wow. It is so much better than my old led tv. We are watching a lot of movies because the picture is so good its like watching it for the first time.
