De Samsung The Frame 50LS03F (2025) valt op door zijn matte scherm, waardoor reflecties vrijwel verdwijnen en het beeld helder blijft in lichte ruimtes. Het design is strak en lijkt op een echt schilderij, met verwisselbare lijsten die passen bij elk interieur. De 4K QLED-beeldkwaliteit is uitstekend, met levendige kleuren en goede helderheid. Art Mode maakt het mogelijk om kunstwerken te tonen als de tv uit staat, wat zorgt voor een stijlvolle uitstraling. Nadelen zijn de matige zwartwaarden en local dimming, waardoor donkere scènes minder diep zijn. Ook wordt het beeld snel flets als je schuin kijkt, en ontbreekt ondersteuning voor Dolby Vision en DTS audio. Voor toegang tot het volledige kunstaanbod is een betaald abonnement nodig. Over het algemeen is dit een ideale tv voor wie design en helder beeld in een lichte kamer belangrijk vindt, maar minder geschikt voor wie top home-cinema prestaties zoekt.

Overall TV is great. It is though more for decoration rather than for using as a normal TV. Not direct option to turn it off but need to press and hold power button is not very convenient in the evenings. Also have in mind that actually TV is in a separate box that you need to place somewhere and you have a kind of transparent cable but with big jacks from each side that you can't slide in a hidden tube behind the TV.

NOTHING IS EASY OR OBVIOUS. WE REGRET BUYING THIS TV/FRAME. Plan to allocate two afternoons of your weekend to mount your new Samsung. (My wife has a Master’s degree from Yale in engineering; I am a computer programmer and technical writer; both of us found the mounting and setup instructions to be confusing and extremely frustrating. Samsung should be ashamed.) Almost nothing is simple or straightforward, including signing up for a mandatory Samsung account. We also use the TV as a picture frame, and using “The Frame” features requires multiple visits to YouTube to figure out how to configure the settings. WE REGRET THIS PURCHASE. The on-line user manuals are almost worthless.

Looks really good and it elevated the aesthetic of my living room. Sound i decent. Like the images it displays. The matte appears is great for well lit areas.

The brightness is great the vibrancy and texture are on point! Makes people on the tv look like they're right there in the same room it's great!
