De MSR Elixir 3 Tent Gray V2 is populair door zijn ruime hoofdruimte, eenvoudige opzet en goede ventilatie. Het tentontwerp biedt comfort voor twee tot drie personen, maar de vloer is aan de kleine kant voor drie grote volwassenen. De tent is snel op te zetten dankzij kleurcodering en is goed bestand tegen regen en wind in drie seizoenen. De meegeleverde footprint beschermt de tentvloer en biedt extra opzetmogelijkheden. De constructie is stevig en duurzaam, maar het aantal interne opbergvakken is beperkt. Voor winterkamperen of extreem weer is deze tent minder geschikt. First outing it took a hammering but it stood up super well. After a storm woke up nice and dry even though a small pond had developed around us. Pleased.

Good Points: Very spacious inside and also having 2x vestibules makes it even better for storage and cooking if in bad weather conditions.
