Dell KM636 Wireless Desktop Set (DE) - Black

The make and model of the keyboard is good.but it is faulty. Not sure if I got a new one or refurbished one.I had to return it as the caps lock and num lock keys were not working.

Purchased for working from home, was sick of cables all over the desk from my wired set. 1 USB dongle for both items makes it super easy to switch between devices. Great basic set that serves it's purpose. Not super fancy or ergonomic but I'm very happy with the items.

This keyboard and mouse are nice and ergonomic to use. I find that I have to position the keyboard in the right place to get fast response time, otherwise it is slow to respond and quite annoying.

I bought this on March 7. The return window closed three weeks ago. Too bad -- this keyboard is garbage. Last week it stopped typing consistently. Some keys just stopped registering. I press the letters, but nothing happens. I press harder -- nothing. I press lighter -- nothing. Then, sometimes, it starts working again. But later ... more failures. Some letters work, some don't; they fail at random. Sometimes you can barely type a sentence. I spend more time correcting what I type than actually typing. The mouse works fine, but the keyboard itself is junk. Listen to all the other one-star reviewers; the same thing that happened to them happened to me, and it didn't take long to fail ... just long enough so I couldn't return it and get my money back.

Amazing feel, super sturdy! Not the cheapest but def worth the price! Amazing feature it’s got, it allows you to switch between three connected devices with a simple button click on the mouse and keyboard.
