Het Matias draadloos toetsenbord is een populair alternatief voor het Apple Magic Keyboard, vooral dankzij de lange accuduur tot een jaar en de mogelijkheid om met vier apparaten tegelijk te verbinden. Het numerieke toetsenblok en de aluminium behuizing in space grey sluiten goed aan bij MacBooks. De toetsen hebben een prettige aanslag en het toetsenbord werkt direct zonder extra software. Nadelen zijn het ontbreken van een verstelbare hoek, het gebruik van micro-USB in plaats van USB-C, en de achtergrondverlichting die minder egaal is dan bij Apple. De onderzijde is van kunststof, wat iets afdoet aan de premium uitstraling. Over het algemeen wordt het toetsenbord gewaardeerd om zijn functionaliteit en prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, maar wie maximale bouwkwaliteit of perfecte verlichting zoekt, moet deze punten overwegen.

It took a lot of getting used to. The keys are spaced further apart than a typical keyboard. But I wanted to get used to it, because I thought it was such a slick keyboard. Seems like about a month ago, the backlight stopped keeping a charge. But I was starting to feel comfortable with it and didn't really care about the backlight. But today, it lost connection and won't reconnect. So, I had to break out my old apple wired keyboard to write this review... and I'm immediately realizing how much faster i can type with it, and how much better I like the feeling of it than the Matias. Now I know what I must do.

This keyboard seems like a natural extension of my MacBook. Great to type on, precise, and the backlight works fine. Seamlessly connected to my MacBook immediately. Recommended.
