I am very happy so far with my Dell Inspiron 5765-2764 with the AMD A12 9700P . It will take time to see if this is as well built as my last Dell, but at first glance and use , I am happy with my purchase. Update...a day later this computer became too slow to be used even for the simplest of tasks. I am returning to Amazon after trying tech support from both Dell and Amazon, and experiencing a particularly rude phone conversation with a male who was in India. My last Dell laptop that is an 1764 still works after 8 years, sad to see this new Dell being an absolute disappointment.

This would have been a good laptop if it had worked. This came to me with the entire right side of the laptop inoperarable. You couldn't even open the DVD player and none of the USB's on the right side worked.

I purchased mine at the PX on a US Military Forward Operating Base in Afghanistan, and am very happy with my purchase. Good enough for what I do (e-mail, read the news, on-line shopping, watching videos from YouTube... no gaming, so the 1920x1080 TN display is plenty good enough for me. I bought a Lenovo spill-resistant keyboard with mouse, and use it instead of Dell's kb. The WiFi, Bluetooth, and RJ45 connectivity is just what I need, and although it is not at the very top, for the price, I am amazed at how much better quality and value DELL products have become from what they used to be. Great Value and Very Good Useablility for the money. I highly recommend this DELL Inspiron i5765 FHD Laptop.

Wow! Windows 10 sucks. I haven’t used Windows since XP 15 years ago. Never seen anything so slow. Still updating OS, 65 minutes and counting. I’m wiping Crap OS 10 and installing Linux. Seriously, this bloat/crapwear reminds me of the old film Idiocracy.

Usually on HP laptops and desktops this is my first Dell and I am extremely impressed with it it had one minor hard drive problem shortly after getting it and Dell sent a replacement hard drive within 2 days and it's worked really well since I've never had such a good customer service from HP compared to Dell I think I'll be sticking with Dell for a while
