Samsung part VG-SCFF85BWBXC - 85 inch frame

Not recommended. This is not suitable for the Frame Pro. Bought the 65inch frame pro from John Lewis (exclusive sellers in the UK). They don't stock the bezel so told me to buy this from Samsung. There are none listed for the 'Pro' so was advised this was probably compatible. It is not. The sensor cut out is too small. I tried to return it to be told it was £6 posting and a minimum £20 restocking fee. Very poor service to people buying a £2k television from you.

Ive been trying for weeks to get ANYONE from the good guys to reply/respond/answer. The Alexandria store are hopeless, your call back messaging doesnt happen, no one replies to emails or answers calls. Very frustrating.
