I was in a hurry and bought this older model instead of the 5200. It works fine with Skype, MS products, etc. I just cannot stand the charging magnet dongle design. The direct USB charging cable is better. Lesson learned to take my time.

Great product. Shame about the service at Halfords

I used to love this one when I had an android phone. I bought a iPhone 15 pro max in January and ever since I’ve had nothing but issues. One minute it’s hooked the nexts it’s disconnected. It was my ALL time favorite headset. I think I’ve had 6 over the years. No issues at all. People complain I sound like I’m far away , sound muffled and talking like I’m whispering when the volume is all the way up. If you buy a different phone please check and make sure it’s compatible. I hate giving this one up but being a van & bus driver I need something more reliable. I sure wish this one was. I really Loved this one.
