I bought one as I suffer with chronic back pain. It’s no miracle cure but the warmth does help ease the pain also bought one for my mam and she uses it all the time

I love a heat pad, not just for pain relief (though it's good if you have a tummy ache), but I have cold feet and like to toast them up. This is my second one of this brand as in winter I use daily and sadly they do deteriorate after a few years of use but these are good value and plenty toasty and deal well with heavy usage pretty well. They switch off after a certain time too which is reassuring if you get too tosty and nod off.

I like that this warms up quickly, and gets to a good temperature. It helps my back lots. If I needed to buy another, I'd probably buy the one by beurer that has a strap so you can wrap it around your body rather than just lying on it. This one is good though.

The pad is all good at first and I have been using it for over a year. I am thankful how this pad warmed my legs over the winters. However, they should really change the plastic cover as it broke. I saw someone who mentioned the same problem. I would say it would be better if you can spend some more money to get a better quality product.

I suffer from chronic back pain so find sitting for long periods of time uncomfortable. This is a great heat pad which I use daily, sometimes for prolonged periods of time. It cuts off after a set time, but you just need to switch it off and back on again to activate it. I used to use a hot water bottle, the trouble being it was too hot initially to sit comfortably, but then a pain to keep refilling it when it got cold. This is great as it has a nice soothing heat to it without being too hot. I’ve also used this higher on my shoulder blades and recently used it wrapped on my arm when suffering from tennis elbow. Highly recommend.
