Hi I reach out regarding my item not arriving. I received a box but when I opened it was empty. I have try reaching out for a replacement or refund but I was denied. Please reach out before I do a claim to my bank.

My Dad has Macular degeneration. He has other things to help but these are another tool for his tool box. He loves them! He has been out with friends and family members and he loves being assisted with the menu and being able to assisted with the check! His only complaint is it won't sign the check for him! Lol he said that jokingly by the way. Since I am his son and I myself could be facing the same thing later in life I welcome this technology. Seeing him light up with the Meta glasses assist him as if nothing is wrong was the best feeling in the world! Thank you Meta for helping my Dad who is also my hero feel normal again!
