I purchased the Philips Hue Motion Sensor from John Lewis and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The setup was incredibly straightforward, and it integrated seamlessly with my existing Hue lights. The sensor is highly responsive and detects motion quickly, even in low-light conditions. I particularly appreciate the adjustable sensitivity and the ability to customise light settings based on time of day. It's small, discreet, and blends in well with any décor. Buying from John Lewis gave me added confidence thanks to their reliable service and fast delivery. Overall, this motion sensor has made my smart home even smarter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to automate their lighting.

This sensor is a great addition to the Philips Hue system for bathrooms, hallways, toilets or general rooms so long as you set the turn off time quite high in case you don't move. It also works with Philips Hue's security system, whether or not you have their (or any) cameras. The best thing about the sensor is the cool down time. It quickly detects movement as most do, but it goes into the "no movement" state after just ten seconds. Some other sensors are forty seconds or one minute. If you use this sensor with another smart home system like Samsung SmartThings, Google Home, Alexa etc, it will turn lights off very quickly if you want them too (staircases for example once your've reached the top or bottom) rather than keep the staircase lights on unnecessarily for forty seconds or one minute. You do need a Philip Hue bridge for this sensor to work.
