After only 6 months of use, my Bosch TAT7S45GB toaster developed a fault where one of the levers would not stay down, making the toaster unusable. Given that it was still under warranty, I expected a straightforward replacement process. Instead, Bosch’s response was very disappointing. They would only agree to inspect it for repair if we packaged it up and sent it back, which feels completely unreasonable for a relatively low-cost household appliance that failed so quickly. In my experience, Bosch’s after-sales service falls well short of the level expected from an international brand. A product failing after such a short time is frustrating enough, but the poor support made the situation worse. Based on this experience, I would not buy Bosch again.

With previous toasters, most times the item would be burnt or too strongly crisped. This is the first toaster which not only warms the item, usually slices of bread or home made scones and fruit loafs, but also leaves a crisp surface while still soft inside! Dee-lishus!

I purchased the Bosch 4 slot toaster as I wanted to pair it with my Bosch kettle which I had purchased previously. The toaster is ideal for what I need, it adequately takes 4 thick slices of bread and the variable control ensures the bread is toasted to the right colour to meet your needs, allowing the slices to pop-up when done. All in all, a really good purchase which I am more than pleased with and would highly recommend.

The toaster does exactly what it says on the tin. Perfect toast every time.
