Sony E 16-55mm f/2.8 G

I've had this lens for close to a year and it's almost always on my A6700. I also purchased the Sigma 18-50 because everyone raved about it, but I never use the Sigma. This lens is so much better. The build quality it exceptional, the extra range is noticeable and the quality is unparalleled. If you're on the fence, just do it!

This lens is probably one of the best of Sony’s lenses for APSC cameras. It delivers very sharp images and the constant f2,8 aperture is a real bonus, especially in low light. Unfortunately , it has no stabilisation and is a little heavy, but my A6700 has ibis, so it’s not a problem for me, but might be for those who don’t have stabilised cameras. It’s also rather expensive , but I was lucky in getting a very welcome discount from Castle Cameras. The service from Castle Cameras is second to none , and the equipment that I buy from them has been excellent . I recommend this lens highly as it produces beautiful images. You won’t be disappointed .
