De Canon EOS 80D biedt uitstekende beeldkwaliteit, snelle Dual Pixel autofocus en een robuuste, weerbestendige behuizing. De ergonomie en accuduur zijn sterk, waardoor de camera prettig is voor lange shoots. Nadelen zijn het ontbreken van 4K video, het grotere formaat en gewicht ten opzichte van mirrorless modellen, en slechts één SD-kaartsleuf. De autofocus in weinig licht is verbeterd, maar haalt niet het niveau van full-frame camera’s. Dit maakt de 80D een betrouwbare allround DSLR, vooral voor fotografie.

I used to use a Canon Rebel T5 and needed something more. This camera is the something more. I like the 45 points for AF. I also like that it has video capabilities that I can grow into. I have noticed doing night photography the high ISO noise reduction is great.

Love my new Canon 80D. I upgraded from the 70D. Takes beautiful photos as expected, and came with a lovely suite of other goodies that has been helpful.

I love my T5i, I've been using it for several years. I really wanted to get a Mark D version, but I need the LCD screen to flip. I do a lot of self portraits and flat lays. The flip screen is a life saver! I like that it's similar to the T5i, so the learning curve was minimal. The biggest difference to me is the processing speed, the 80D is so much faster. The picture is a bit better too, so if you have the extra to spend I definitely recommend the 80D. BTW - my go-to lens is the EFS 24mm.

Bought this Canon Video Creator Kit to start learning how to take videos and create videos. The lens attachment is very much helpful and easy to zoom in and out for focusing. If you are interested in shooting videos, I recommend this set up for starters.
