De Canon EOS R100 biedt een grote APS-C sensor en verwisselbare lenzen, waardoor de beeldkwaliteit en flexibiliteit uitstekend zijn. De camera presteert goed bij weinig licht en is eenvoudig te bedienen, ideaal voor beginners. Nadelen zijn de beperkte videomogelijkheden, het niet volledig kantelbare scherm en het ontbreken van in-body stabilisatie. Ook is er geen hoofdtelefoonaansluiting. Voor fotografie is dit een sterke instapcamera, maar voor gevorderde video zijn er beperkingen.

I needed to find a camera that was good for documenting my sports collection with good photos to show great photos of signatures on bats, basbaseballs, footballs, jerseys and photos. The camera was a good buy. The staff was helpful in helping me select the camera.

The lens was broken the first time I used it in the spring and I missed the return window. The lens will not retract. Not a canon fan favorite.

Now I am aged 79 I wanted a light camera with good quality 24.1 m pixels good enough for quality pictures printing upto 10 by 8 inches. Also takes RF lenses, with a 1.6 increse in focal lengh. All round good value for the price. WEX service can always be relied on.
