De Canon EOS R3 Body is een professionele spiegelreflexcamera met een krachtige volledige frame sensor, snelle schietprestaties en uitstekende autofocus. Het is robuust gebouwd, weerbestendig en geschikt voor sport- en wildlifefotografie. Videomogelijkheden zijn uitgebreid, tot 6K. De prijs is echter zeer hoog, het ontwerp is groot en zwaar, en de aangepastheid van knoppen is beperkt. Voor professionele fotografen is dit een topcamera, maar voor amateurs is het ontwerp en de prijs een obstakel.

I can't write more than what's already been written and reviewed by pro and enthusiastic but to sum it up, it is a fantastic camera. Excellent for Sport and Studio and not limited to any style of photography.

I bought this as an upgrade to my EOS R6. I spent a while comparing the various models and so pleased I opted for the R3. It is so easy to handle and the controls and intuitive. The auto focusing is excellent as, of course, is the tracking. Delighted and looking forward to many years of use.

Although I am an amateur photographer I still like to use quality equipment and I have been very pleased I bought the R3. It has been my go to Camera and the performance has been so good. I have managed to capture loads of bird photographs that I am sure I wouldn’t havve got with my previous kit. The autofocus and speed are outstanding.

unlike the other reviews on this camera, I actually own and use this camera. My other body is the original R. I mainly shoot sports with this body and it is a joy to use, It's immediately responsive and ready to shoot. Grab it, turn on the power and fire, it's hard to miss a quick shot. The focus is fantastic, though for team sports it will switch to different players - so I still need to dial in the AF settings fully for sports. 30FPS is insanely fast and the image quality is really great. The body is obviously larger than an R5 or R6, but I love the ergonomics. I think it is the perfect size and the grip is fantastic. The buttons are all in the right place. Eye controlled focus is really great to use - especially for shooting hockey games. Build quality and overall fit and feel is very high. Really no complaints.

The Eos R3 is a big step up from my Eos 1D mk 4 , a lot more functions to learn but good so far, great build quality like all 1D's of the past so should last for years and should be able to handle all conditions mother nature has to offer, only time will tell.
