De Nikon Z7 II met FTZ II adapter biedt een indrukwekkende resolutie en beeldkwaliteit, ideaal voor landschappen en studiofotografie. De FTZ II adapter is compacter dan de originele versie en werkt goed met moderne F-mount lenzen, maar biedt geen autofocus voor oudere AF-D lenzen. De bouwkwaliteit is uitstekend en de dubbele kaartsloten zijn handig voor professionals. Wel mist de adapter een statiefaansluiting, wat minder stabiel is bij zware lenzen. De set is duur en sommige derde partij lenzen werken niet volledig. Dit maakt de Z7 II vooral geschikt voor fotografen die maximale details willen en al beschikken over moderne Nikon lenzen.

Heb de nikon z7ii nu 5 dagen in mijn bezit en wauw! Wat een verschil tegenover de nikon d800. Geen spijt dat ik ben overgestapt. Heb ook de adapter erbij voor mijn oude objectieven zodat ik niet meteen zon dure aankoop moet gaan doen. Dat ga ik geleidelijk wel doen om helemaal over te stappen.

There are lots to like about the Z 7II, and while it’s not a complete overhaul when compared to its predecessor, there have been some small but valuable upgrades. Particularly of interest to professionals and high-end enthusiasts is the addition of a secondary card slot, plus 4K 60p video. If you don’t need either of those specs, you can save cash by opting for the original Z7.

I’ve been using the Nikon Z7 II with my Laowa 90mm f/2.8 2x Ultra Macro APO lens, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The camera’s high-resolution sensor perfectly complements the incredible sharpness of the Laowa lens, capturing every minute detail in my macro shots. The manual focus support is excellent, especially with features like focus peaking and the ability to zoom in during live view for precise adjustments. The 5-axis IBIS is a lifesaver for handheld macro work, helping reduce shake at high magnifications.
