Sony CyberShot DSC-RX100III

Bought this camera after reading reviews and was not disappointed

Pros: Image quality is great, better than any phone I've had. Battery seems good. Easy to use as a point and shoot camera. Cons: WiFi transfer of images is a bit awkward, you have to connect to the cameras WiFi network and can only transfer 1 or all photos to your phone/PC. Overall a great camera, I'm happy with it even though it is expensive. 9/10 - minus 1 point for the WiFi photo transfer being awkward. Edit: I previously said the WiFi transfer wasn't worth using, however the more I use it the easier it gets, you can save the cameras WiFi settings to your smartphone and connect easily once you have a lot of photos to transfer.

Great camera loads of extras like a pop up eye view, adjustment is zoom with dial and on lens by hand, like the old way! It’s wireless to upload or send pictures to phone/ computer but as you can put all media on sdcard and then download with usb lead. Great features. I didn’t want to pay this much but I’m glad I did. Highly recommended

I already own the Sony rx10 so getting the rx100 means im familiar with the menu system that's very easy to use anyway. stunning pictures and video in a very compact size, whether your a beginner or a pro this camera is outstanding. perfect camera for me

I have a mark 11 was had high expectations for the V11. How disappointed I was. If anything the photos were not as sharp, battery life is non-existent, but software problems associated with transferring photos to my iPhone made the experience plain irritating. Furthermore embedding location data didn’t always work. But the real revelation was the lack of discernible difference between photos taken by my iPhone 14 and the Sony. So what is the point? On that verdict I am afraid that I am returning the V11 and am going to look around for something more relevant and user friendly.
