De Bose SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen) is een draagbare Bluetooth-speaker met IP67-waterdichting en 12 uur batterijduur. Het biedt helder, uitgebalanceerd geluid met diepe bas in een compact formaat. Ideaal voor kamperen, picknicks en strandbezoeken. De speaker ondersteunt twee gelijktijdige verbindingen en kan met een tweede speaker worden gekoppeld voor stereogeluid. I ordered the speaker over a month ago and I have still not received it. Have called several times I have even picked out another color that I cannot get. It’s on backorder. This whole experience has been very overwhelming. I purchased it as a gift for someone needless to say they never received their gift.

It holds true to the quality sound system. It was a little bigger than I hoped and was disappointed when the price dropped $50 one week after I purchased it. Any way I can get that refunded to my card?

I'm very unhappy. I never received the product and UPS left a post it on my door that the investigation is closed. I did purchase an extended warranty. I'm going to check on that as well. But as of now, I guess I'm out of luck. It really stinks. I was truly looking forward to trying this product.
