I ordered the speaker over a month ago and I have still not received it. Have called several times I have even picked out another color that I cannot get. It’s on backorder. This whole experience has been very overwhelming. I purchased it as a gift for someone needless to say they never received their gift.

It holds true to the quality sound system. It was a little bigger than I hoped and was disappointed when the price dropped $50 one week after I purchased it. Any way I can get that refunded to my card?

I'm very unhappy. I never received the product and UPS left a post it on my door that the investigation is closed. I did purchase an extended warranty. I'm going to check on that as well. But as of now, I guess I'm out of luck. It really stinks. I was truly looking forward to trying this product.

Connectivity usually takes 4 or 5 tries to link with second Bose device & my Apple Music app.

I was so bummed it won’t pair with my 1 gen speaker so lame marketing tricks , rented to return it
