This epilator is just okay. It doesn’t do a great job and is very hard to angle correctly for hair removal on the face. I can’t recommend it as I don’t think it works particularly well.

I’m torn! I do love it, however. I am now covered in ingrown hairs all over my chin and sides of my face. I feel like a teenager with bad ache and I’m 38! I’m disappointed but at the same time don’t ‘blame’ this particular epilator. I’ve tried suggestions to help prevent and doesn’t seem to improve things at all :(

This actually works, I have to say I was a bit sceptical at first. Will save me money as waxing is getting expensive and doesn't last very long. I'm impressed with the product.

After initially charging the unit I had difficulty getting it to work. It was fully charged but not rotating and I was going to return it to the store. I tried it again before taking returning it and it worked. I am apprehensive that it may have an intermittent fault but at the moment it is going. I will try over a few weeks and see how it goes. Whilst it comes with an instruction book it doesn't really detail how to properly use the unit on your face. I dont know if I am actioning it properly.
