This machine is awful. The coffee doesn’t come out hot. Even though it’s on the maxiumum coffee temperature setting. The steam wand is shocking. You have to wait for the machine to “heat up” and the steam button will then flash to let you know it’s hot enough for the steam wand now. Then when you turn on the wand, it sprays out cold water. No matter how many times you try to use the steam button, it does not heat up. Having looked at even more reviews, it seems this is common issue with this machine. Perhaps this is why it was in the sale.

Bought this as a gift. Great machine for the price. Love that you can use beans and ground coffee. Milk steamer is fast! Love it.
