We had the older version of this but it died. This is much better as it’s sleeker looking and quieter. The milk frother is easy to clean and is excellent at frothing. Would highly recommend

I bought one of these machines 4 years ago and it recently died, the coffee grinder eventually burnt out, now i drink a lot of coffee so this didn't surprise me, I decided to replace it with the same model, this has come with some improvements, now the milk wand is magnetic so just slots on and off for easy cleaning, a slightly bigger hop to hold coffee, and brighter buttons, just feels a bit more slick.

This is a very good coffee machine if you do not want a plain black coffee. If you want an americano then you have to make a espresso and then add boiling water from a kettle. Doing this is comparable to the kind of coffee that you can get on the high street. I am used to having slightly larger cups of coffee (just a standard mug) than this machine will make. So the cappuccino, latte macchiato and caffe crema functions all make around half a mug of coffee. Its very easy to operate, you cant really go wrong with it. Its pretty easy to clean, although it does run a self clean quite often so you have to make sure that you either leave an empty cup under it or make sure that the spill tray is emptied regularly. This was bought for a small office environment and everyone seems to be happy with it.

Makes excellent coffee and is quite straight forward to use. It loses one star for being very noisy throughout the coffee cycle and rinsing.
