I love my new phone. Although I will say it’s hard to get a custody the new features and buttons. But just like all my previous phones, I’ll get used to it.

Can’t receive calls while phone ringer is on silent. Plan is still not updated, or correct after several attempts with Verizon to resolve the issue.

The addition of a fourth line with the free phone offer is a bit bumpy. I decided to replace the land line through Comcast for the 4th line. Seems like a crapshoot. I'll follow up today to see if it's all done and what I need to do to know that since I've had zero communication from Comcast or Verizon on the status. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the new phone and plan.
