I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone doing any kind of sport or exercise. I bought Apple AirPod Pro 3, just over a month ago, I think it was the 8th of July, and I've been trying to use them ever since, but they keep coming loose, coming out of my ears. So, those rubber inserts that came with it, I tried all of them, and none of them work for me. The AirPods keep falling out of my ears. Although the AirPods work very well in terms of music and noise cancellation, they are of absolutely no use to me if I can't go run with them because I need to put them back in my ear and secure them every 300 to 500 meters, and that is highly irritating. Before these, I had the previous generation airpods without noise cancellation and they worked perfectly fine and never came loose from my ears.

Love them. Noise cancelling on these are insane, I mostly only use at the lower volumes so cant say about higher volume usage but I am happy with the product.

if you want the best ANC and ecosystem integration Apple’s ever shipped in earbuds, buy them. If you cared about the Pro 2’s sound signature specifically, try before you buy ! this isn’t a strict upgrade there. Android users: skip, you lose most of what makes these worth the price.
