Edifier S5 Black On-ear draadloze koptelefoon

Remarkably acute and forthright sound quality, great quality of construction, and some cutting-edge specification carry the Edifier Stax Spirit S5 quite a long way – but those who crave isolation from the noise of the outside world won't be quite so impressed given the lack of active noise-cancelling (ANC).

The S5 betters the STAX S3 in most categories, save for deep-reaching bass. The S5 carries the lows with aplomb and authority; just not quite as deeply. The rest of the signature more than makes up for that, with smooth, rich mids carrying songs, while vocals sound vibrant and have plenty of character. The soundstage comes across as representative of a mostly cubic form, with none of the dimensions carrying too far.

Edifier's Stax Spirit S5 headphones offer unparalleled sound quality with crystal clear highs and ample bass. These wireless headphones support high bitrate codecs over Bluetooth and have a long battery life of up to 80 hours. While the controls are quite tiny and convoluted, the impressive audio quality and build make the Stax Spirit S5 worth the investment.
