Epson S05018 (C13S050189) Toner Cyaan

If you have run out of colours but have full black and you need to print a document in black and white and you even set the printer to print in black and white the printer will purposefully not work as it will insist you need to buy the other colours even though they are not needed., I phoned Epson they explained it's to 'keep the nozzle heads open on the colour jets' yeah sure it is, then why do all other printers I've used manage this without the need to have to buy the other colours. A cheap underhanded very nasty strategy backed up by a ludicrus excuse. Don't buy out of protest. When I need the other colours I would like to buy them, not be forced into it like this. Imagine if everyone started doing business like this, coffee machine makers could say 'oh I know you'd like a coffee with your machine but you need to buy banana split, cranberry tea & ginseng mochacino otherwise the nozzles will block up'. It's the little things that make big ulcers......aaaaarrrrgh

This printer is fantastic. the quality of all the print-outs is amazing. I used to have a lexmark, the printing was slow, the copying was very poor quality and the1 pictures always had horizontal streaky lines on them. I bought a black cartridge and one each of the seperate colour cartrigdes at a total of £16. One balck cartride for the Lexmark was £18. Look how much you will save. One last thing to say is, the Lexmark guzzled ink, this just slowly sips at it. One black cartridge can last me 2 or 3 months, and i am printing all the time in preperation for my GCSE's!!!
