Good Points: Easy to fill and wash the water tank Improvement Points: The pressure of the water pouring into the coffee jugs and when putting you coffee into the jug is fine. But when it has finished there are coffee granules everywhere and no froth. Have to put a some cold water in the jug with the coffee and this will help with the froth.
