This is small. A normal cup only fits under the spot with the tray up. But the tray butts quite far out so your cup barely sits under the spout. The coffee runs down the side of the cup & if you’re even 2mm off the coffee will miss completely and will be down the outside of the cup and over the bench. The Nespresso travel mug does NOT fit under the spout - even with the tray up. This machine is also flimsy - when you lift the handle to add a capsule the whole machine lifts. You have to hold the machine down with one hand and lift the handle with the other. I dislike this machine a lot and wish I hadn’t wasted my money on it.

When purchasing the coffee machine which is a great product I saw that with the product you got X amount of free coffee pods which I thought was great and one of the reasons I purchased this machine, Sadly to I found out to get the free pods you had to spend something like $70 for pods before you got your free pods. If I had known this before I probably would have reconsidered my purchase. Don’t like that stay of selling. Disappointing PK

We waren aanvankelijk terughoudend om dit product te kopen omdat het bedoeld was als een tijdelijke vervanging totdat onze DeLonghi La Specialista gerepareerd was. Het werd echter al snel een welkome aanvulling - een handige koffie machine die ons vergezeld heeft tijdens familievakanties. Het was vooral de moeite waard toen het met korting werd gekocht.

Love my Nespresso machines - been using them since introduction into Aus. Have had about 4 in the last 15 years and bought them as presents for others - never fail to disappoint in performance and design - much easier now that you can buy pods everywhere too
