Easy to use and to go from cappuccino to espresso to coffee is amazing. LOVE this machine, although love might be too strong of a word, since I've only had it for 2 weeks. !

Overall, love and appreciate this super automatic. As much as I love coffee in all its forms, having this machine feels very luxurious. Easy to setup and operate. I was sold on the milk frother; however, it isn’t foamy enough and I have to push it in and to the left for the machine to acknowledge it. Worked great week 1 (3-4 drinks per day) and now it doesn’t want to stay inserted. Don’t know what to do about that and will need to research solution or utilize the warranty. Completely replaces my pod machines.

An instant hit with my spouse and guests. Will have to check back in after a few months/years to see how it holds up, but it's making great espresso shots and doing a great job at hot lattes as well. I often use oat milk and have the version with the carafe, and I love it. Cleanup is pretty easy. My local coffee shops will probably go out of business now, sadly, because this has been a game changer for me.
