De KitchenAid Koffiezet Amandelwit 5KCM1209EAC is populair vanwege zijn grote capaciteit, instelbare koffiesterkte en handige timer. Het apparaat is eenvoudig te bedienen en schoon te maken dankzij het afneembare waterreservoir. De warmhoudfunctie houdt koffie tot 40 minuten warm, maar kan niet verlengd worden. Een veelgehoorde klacht is dat de druppelstop niet altijd goed werkt, wat tot morsen kan leiden. Ook laat het permanente filter soms koffieresidu achter en zijn reserveonderdelen lastig te vinden. Het design wordt als stijlvol en compact ervaren, maar de korte warmhoudtijd en filterproblemen zijn duidelijke minpunten.

The machine is very well made and works well. We are delighted with its performance as we are, also, with Harts. Fast, efficient service and quick to respond to my questions.
