The product is completely defective. It will not shut off and is a fire hazard. The vendor has done everything from not communicating at all, to telling us to contact Krups for our problem. We are not happy at all with the product and the vendor and would request that Amazon be alerted to this problem immediately.

Is nog niet in gebruik, gekocht om tijdens een evenement te gebruiken. Test van het apparaat was goed.
