Very bad speakers. Cannot keep it on. Heats up to a point where it could burn the house down. Don't bother.

I was in search of a pair of computer speakers, that could be wall-mounted in a bedroom, for use with an iMac to watch DVDs and chanced upon these. I was also drawn to them as the pair I bought were reduced to half price as the packaging was damaged. When they arrived I tried them and was amazed how good they sounded - clear transparent treble, punchy base and wide soundscape. I was also impressed with the weight and build quality. While these are not in the audiophile league, they are by far the best speakers of this type I've heard. Although I only paid half price I would have considered them good value at the full price. In my opinion these clearly beat my old Harmon-Kardon Soundsticks which cost me over twice the full price of these. It is not obvious from the listing what inputs and amplifier controls are on these speakers, so I attached two photos of the back of the main unit.
