Not happy! Can't get it to work right. I tried several times but doesn't connect.

This soundbar appears to be a good unit, however, was not compatible with my Samsung TV. I received an authorization to return the soundbar & awaiting approval for a full refund.

Just bought an LG OLED48B5PUA B5 TV and the LG S20a soundbar, and have connected the TV's eArc port to the soundbar with an HDMI cable. I'm having trouble figuring out how to set the TV settings to PROPERLY use the soundbar and so that I can control the soundbar settings (such as whether to use Cinema sound, sound tuning, etc) using the TV's Magic Remote (instead of using the little remote that came with the soundbar).

This device has extremely limited connection options and worse yet is not very loud. Then if you want to use the App it REQUIRES you to create an LG account which means LG simply wants to ID your device so it can snoop on you and maximize profits selling your information to their so-called 3rd party affiliates (whoever they may be). You are even forced to agree to let them sell YOUR information. LG is just another intrusive corporate hack snooping people to line their pockets.
