De AEG 5000 TS5GM251EB is een compacte inbouwmagnetron met grill, ideaal voor wie ruimte wil besparen en snel wil opwarmen of grillen. Het apparaat is krachtig, gebruiksvriendelijk en ziet er strak uit. Let op: het is géén combi-oven, dus je kunt er niet mee bakken of braden zoals in een heteluchtoven. De inhoud is wat kleiner dan bij grotere modellen, maar voldoende voor dagelijks gebruik. De prijs is aan de hoge kant, maar je krijgt wel een degelijk merk en handige accessoires. Professionele installatie is aanbevolen. Goede keuze voor een moderne keuken, mits je geen volledige ovenfunctie nodig hebt.

Ik ben heel tevreden over dit toestel heel gemakelijk te bedienen dus heel handig voor zowel jonge als oudere mensen. Het past mooi in mijn keuken vind ik toch. Blij met de grill functie die ik vroeger niet had, zo doen we veel vlugger iets met kaas klaar anders altijd eerst de oven opwarmen waardoor het eten nu vlugger klaar is. Dus een heel tevreden klant.

Buy something else. The heating power is very poor whn compared to similar sised 800W ovens. Its also very poor value for money. I made the mistake of choosing AEG for my new kitchen appliances. I was always really impressed with the quality of my old AEG stuff. Now its just overpriced and crappy. AEG is trading on a name not on its good heritage.

Even me, in a dim morning kitchen, can’t see where the buttons are. They should illuminate when you open the door and put food in, so you can see where the buttons are. I am not blind or partially sighted, but I can only imagine how utterly useless the design is without any feeling points on the panel to feel where any of the buttons are? I have to turn several lights on now for the dark icons where the buttons are can be seen. Previous microwave - you could clearly see the buttons. How annoying!!! Are products made with older people, visibly challenged users in mind?
