Stopped working after 9 months. Won't take a charge when plugged into a laptop. This is the second time I've purchased this product and both times they stopped working in less than two years. Poor quality and not built to last.

This is the second unit I bought, and like the 1st one It broke in less than a year of use. The headphones no longer charge and can be connected to the PC.

1st when swimming the earbud tips come off and get lodged in my ear. Yes, I tried different sizes with the same result. 2nd the on off button doesn't always cooperate. 3rd housing broke after 4 months. The sound is ok and the battery life is ok also.

We bought the product in March 2024 and in May 2024 the product is no longer working and we have to dispose it off. It just stopped working and it is not charging at all. We looked up on internet and tried to solve the issue but could not repair it.

Set up was fairly simple but the sound quality for Sony is extremely poor. Volume is extremely low so when swimming it’s even worse. Got a cheaper model with better sound/volume.
