I bought this mouse because it appeared to be a direct replacement for the mouse that came with my HP Spectre laptop. It did not perform smoothly from the beginning. Thinking that it might be "settings", I kept adjusting options for a month or so. The main difficulty was the scroll wheel. It would jump a page at a time. I finally gave up, accepted my loss and purchased a different mouse. Now, all is well.

Although I have enjoyed using this mouse, I have found that the battery dies way too quickly. I admit that I use it often, but it dies too quickly.

The mouse losses contact with the laptop for a few seconds at a time. The web site says they only accept returns for 30 days. I'm at about 45 days.

I liked that I just had to download the HP app and sync it to my computer for it to work, unlike my old wireless mouse, where I had to plug something into the USB port, occupying a port.
