It’s comfortable to use but as title says not compatible with most mouses. With multiple mouse tests I would say that mostly cheaper mouses that are under $15CAD. My ONN mouse works fine with it. You will need to up ur mouse speed as well since it becomes slower. Other than that It doesn’t slide and good quality.

This pad slides on my desk. I'd avoid it if I were you.

Quality feeling material, perfect size, minimal obnoxious branding and all for a very reasonable price

I had been using a Steelseries mouse pad for the past 10+ years, but it sadly needed to be replaced. I do a lot of fine detailed photo processing in Photoshop This HyperX Mat works okay, but I have a few issues with it. 1) It has a seem all the way around it that my mouse gets caught on. If I get close to the edge, I have to lift he mouse to continue, which is a real PITA. 2) It came rolled up and, after weeks of use, it is still not laying flat. 3) It has a logo sewn on one edge which also (annoyingly) gets in the way of the mouse. It does seem to work reasonably well for fine detail mouse work, but not quite as good as my original Sleelseries pad. But then this pad is also less inexpensive. I'll probably pay more for a higher priced pad and keep this one as a backup.
