Works perfectly in my E5270 with an M.2 NVMe SSD. Huge battery life. Remember, the E5270 can take two different battery sizes. This is the larger size, and you cannot fit a 2.5" SATA SSD when you use this battery - you need to use an M.2 SATA or NVMe SSD.

NYComp is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. My laptop had a fatal error on the hard drive and I lost every program. Thank God I had it backed up! However, I need the code for my office software and NYComp was of no help. They tell me to call Dell and Dell tells me to call NYComp. NYComp hung up on me when I asked them where do I go to get my code. RUDE!

Great little laptop, does everything I need it to do.

We have a few users that have this laptop and they have had nothing but good things to say about it. Performance seems great and we don’t receive many trouble calls in relation to it.

Wireless adapter does not work. The function keys do not work. The operating system that is installed on the laptop is not the same as the CD included in the box. Very disappointed. Returning the laptop for a refund.
