not satisfied and no warranty included. now due to overheating, this has stop working. locally asking for warranty or else will charge. also no onsight service. need to take it to their warehouse. this is not value for money.

We've had it for a while now and we shred a lot of paper because we're in sales and generate a lot of paperwork. Durable and gets the job done.

I purchased one of these shredders just over a year ago and it had to be replaced after a few months, now the replacement has broken. The plastic in the shredder part is not fit for purpose.

The outer casing is plastic. The plastic bin is large but the 'bin full' button lights up even before the bin's content is anywhere near the top. It overheats quite quickly if you use it for more than a few minutes at a time so you need to switch it off for a while before resuming shredding. It seems to struggle with more than four or five sheets of 80 gsm paper pushed through each time which then triggers the 'overload' button. So a '10 sheet' manufacturer claim, to me, an idle boast, unless one is using airmail paper! The credit card feature is disappointing. It cuts the card up into broad strips - I could do that in less time using the scissors and it would save me having to lift the heavy top to retrieve the tiny box that collects the strips. I don't think I'd buy this model, again.
