Prints and scans fine. Affordable. I use it for basic office printing and scanning. It was not as simple as i had expected to set up. Once I had downloaded the driver, I had to download another app to be able to scan. But once it was set up it worked 100%. The screen is also quite faint and hard to read unless you're directly above it.

Brother comes highly recommended, but this printer disappointed. From the outset, it displayed poor print quality, leaving marks on each page. The troubleshooting suggestions from the manufacturer resolve nothing. I returned the printer, asking for a credit. Instead, it was "repaired" and returned to me. I am now returning it for the second time for exactly the same issue. This is inconvenient, frustrating and annoying. Hopefully, this time my request, for a credit, will be heeded and not simply ignored.
