Love this printer, it was an excellent update to our previous printer HP8012. It’s so much quicker at printing, the printing quality is far superior & ink cartridge wise, they last ages. 11/10

This. is the worst printer I have ever had. It is very noisy. I explained too HP that I am visually. impaired. All messages are on a very small screen which I cannot see. I have to find somebody else to read them for me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

Had this 1 month now. I was going to buy a laser printer with the amount of printing I do. I connected with the online chat with a member of the team and they were brilliant! I bought a cheaper printer that fit exactly what I needed and went with the instant ink feature.

Purchased as a replacement for an older HP printer that contnues to be in use. The new printer is an updated version of the above which was easy to set up and is working well,

This is by far the worst HP printer that I have ever bought. The setup is complicated and difficult. The screen on the printer is virtually useless, as all the controls have to be set up on the laptop using the HP Smart App. I have spent hours just trying to set up the scan-to-email option that is usually quite easy to set up. In the end I was only able to scan to a folder on my laptop. I would never buy this printer again and would rather trade it in.
