Delighted with our new printer Sales advice was speedy and helpful delivery was super swift installed in minutes and it works a treat HUGE step up in print quality compared to similar priced inkjet models. Mainly purchased to produce customer facing travel documents and the step up in image quality is outstanding. I also had an issue registering the product with the manufacturer and customer service at Printerland immediately offered to sort it for me. I am a very happy customer

I use Printerland for all our printer requirements. They never fail to deliver on advice and service.

Printer was easy to setup and works well. It comes with a great user manual which I consulted a few times as there are plenty of features which I didn't encounter before. There are two aspects which need improvement Quality when copying The copy function unfortunately does not replicate finer lighter details. I've played around with the settings but have not managed to improve the result. Scanning a document preserves all details though. Printing photos Quality is decent but not as good as my old inkjet printer. When looking at pictures closely you can see a fine dot matrix and the colours are not as vibrant as from the inkjet printer. The printer runs out of memory when printing an A4 picture in highest quality memory extension required

Decided to consider the Kyocera Ecosys M5526cdw due to good experience of Kyocera machines at a previous place of work. Although this machine is used in a home environment the features cost of the unit and also running costs determined my choice. Although have only had the MFD a number of weeks I have been pleased with the ease of setup and quality of the printed output and the ease of scanning either to jpg or PDF. Full marks to Kyocera and also Printerland who expedited delivery within days and also assisting in registering the warranty after I had a few problems.

I ordered the wrong printer first time around by mistake so I returned it unopened and Printerland refunded very promptly. Second time around bought this printer and I can t fault the quality of the printer or the customer service. Printing and scanning all works flawlessly. Many thanks Only suggestion is that it would help to have photos of the printers in an office context to get a better idea of size. Some of the lasers are quite big and while dimensions are provided a photo would really help.
