TECH SUPPORT COST $260 just to get PRINTER to work! This is just a PRINTER, no scan, no copy! Waste of time & money! Can't put stack of paper in or it grabs whole pile! Paper jams at back of printer. Disappointed!

We used HP printers for years, but they were consistently inconsistent--one day they would be working fine, then the next they would randomly stop responding and would require troubleshooting. We tried the Xerox B230 printer as an alternative. So far, they have been a breath of fresh air compared to the HPs. They have been reliable, much easier to install and configure, and take up less space than their HP counterpart. My only small complaint with the Xerox B230 is that its out-of-the-box default print setting prints a bit light; however, adjusting the toner darkness setting solves this problem well enough.

I had held off by a new printer and all I needed was a good, solid black and white printer for daily use. I found it. My new Xerox b230 is exactly what I wanted and it has never disappointed me. Always ready and instant response. My family is so surprised that they can print from wherever they are on the house. The wireless feature is fantastic. I knew I could count on Xerox.
