I bought the amp a month ago. I needed a slimline amp to fit into our TV cabinet. This fits perfectly, and silll allows space for it to breathe. The sound is excellent, the set up was straight forward using the onscreen prompts. So far very pleased with it.

I have been umming and ahhhhring about getting an AV receiver to replace my Marantz amp (that I bought back in 1996 and only just died!). I bit the bullet and bought the NR1510. Initial set up is easy but be prepared to spend some time getting the speaker analysis correct. It WILL make a difference. My wife now gets surprised by the crowd noise whilst I’m watching the football. “There’s a man shouting in my right ear!”…. A unforgettable quote! The sound quality is excellent as you would expect. Compatibility with my separates is as expected and you can easily connect a CD player. There are many different options for sound processing which has brought a new dimension to my old CDs. One driving factor was that this had a phono stage built in. The level is a little low but my old 80’s Thorens deck sounds mellow but with purpose. I would definitely recommend this unit. It’s not the most powerful amp in the world but it delivers quality were you need it.

Didn't even unbox as I went for the Cinema 70s instead.

I bought a Marantz Audio Reciever , this to tidy up the wires and give me the Marantz sound. Good range of connectors. Great sound and more features and options than I needed. Presets work well and the EQ is good.
