Netgear Nighthawk M7 Pro MR7450

We ordered the Netgear Nighthawk M7 Pro - 2GB - Neutral Black, but a couple of days after ordering, we were looking for the tracking and realized that we received an email indicating that the order had been cancelled because they couldn’t confirm that we ordered it. Yet, we received an email asking for a review of the product. So obviously AT&T did think that we purchased the product. Once we realize the order had been canceled. It was too late to order again based on our timeline.

Too bad no one at the phone number knows what this is. Spent hours on the phone to get it activated had to go to an Att store

The device itself is great, easy to setup and use. The problem seems to be AT&Ts activation (or lack thereof) so we could never get the device working, no matter how many AT&T representatives, technicians, or stores we tried.

Wouldn’t reach through a single wall to a different bedroom, had to buy a router separately and hook it up for it to even cover my home.

Service isn’t good at all, not using it for work even when connected through Ethernet
